I help people overcome whatever is holding them back from having the sex life they desire.

You are here because you’ve been researching how to overcome your addiction to porn, your sexual past, erectile dysfunctin, low sex drive, or shame surrounding your sexuality. But nothing has worked.

You desire to have a fulfilling sex life and not be weighed down.

You long to have a healthy sex life and maybe to figure out what that even means.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about sex. It’s about intimacy and connecting with your partner on an emotional level. But sometimes that’s easier said than done.

You’re ready to make that change and take those first steps, which I know can be terrifying. If you are feeling like something is missing or preventing you from having the sex life you want, you’ve come to the right place.

Choosing a therapist when there are so many options is overwhelming enough. Therapy is an investment in your time and money, so it makes sense you want to make sure you are making the best decision for yourself. Here are things I provide that makes me different than other therapists:

Practical Tools that Create Change

Doing the same thing over and over hoping for a different outcome is literally the definition of insanity. We aren’t going to just focus on the problem. You’ve done enough of that already and are looking for new solutions. I’ll teach you practical tools you can start using immediately that creates results.

Training in relationship and sex therapy

80% of therapists do couple’s therapy, but only a fraction are actually trained in it. Now add sex therapy training into the mix and the percent of therapists trained in both is slim. I’ve pursued tons of training in both fields to make sure I’m equipped to help in a variety of circumstances.

therapy that is trauma informed

Whether it’s a recent trauma or neglect from your childhood, I’ve received training in recognizing the symptoms and the process of healing. I’ll teach you about how trauma impacts your brain and how your wounds are affecting your life and relationships. Not only that, but then we’ll do something about it.
